Today is National Pie Day, a day so nice we celebrate twice (the other day being December 1)!
Counting March 14th, National Pi Day, that's three times each year you can celebrate pies of any type!

There are 23 different pie days throughout the year, starting with today, the first and most flexible of the National Pie Days! There is at least one pie day every month, making national pie days the perfect outline for a cooking class series, or social media post series. Consider a few of these for your schedule:
- A "cook the book" theme featuring recipes from one or more pie only cookbooks.
- Skills based classes or tips that highlight:
- different crusts and crust making techniques
- thickening methods for fruit pies
- stabilizers for cream pies
